We hope everyone can join us today from 11:30-1:30 for our Back to School event. If you're attending, here are a few tips to make the most of it: Prepare Questions: Think of any specific questions you have about drop-off, pick-up, or other procedures so you can get answers directly from experienced families. Meet Your Teacher: Take this chance to introduce yourself and your child to their teacher. It’s a great way to start building a positive relationship. Explore Involvement Opportunities: If you’re interested in getting involved, ask about volunteer opportunities or how to join school committees. Familiarize Yourself with Uniform Policies: Check on uniform requirements and any related details to ensure you’re all set for the first day.
All new and returning families are invited to meet the teachers and staff on Sunday, August 18th from 11:30-1:30. The open house is an opportunity for you and your child to meet your child’s teacher and tour the school building. This is a great time for children to become acquainted with their teacher and their school. Our Parent Task Force team will also be in the cafeteria to assist you as well as answering common questions to help you become better acquainted with the school. They will also share with you opportunities on how to get involved within the school community. We also invite you to join us prior to Open House at the 10:30 Mass as Fr. Kent will do a special Blessing of the Backpacks.
Classroom assignment information for all students PS-8 will be available to pick-up on August 13th from 8:30-3:30, August 14th from 8:30-3:30, or August 18th from 11:30-1:30 in the school office. PS/PK families will also sign up for their orientation slot during this time. All fees and outstanding balances must be paid and tuition payment plans set prior to picking up your child’s assignment information. If you are unable to pick up your child's information during these hours your child will be able to pick up their information on the first day of school in the office. Please note the office will be closed on August 15th all day and August 16th from 8:00-12:30 for staff meetings.
