PS/PK families will also sign up for their orientation slot during this time. All fees and outstanding balances must be paid and tuition payment plans set prior to picking up your child’s assignment information. Staff, administrators, parents and students are each contemplating what the school year ahead might look like and the impact decisions the school makes may have on health, school and work life balance for everyone.
Governor DeWine’s COVID-19 guidance for K-12 schools, released this past Thursday, is a very important piece of information that we need to solidify our plan for this fall. We are working to put final details in place now and intend to release our plan as timely as possible. As you are well aware, school systems across the country are working hard to navigate this unprecedented situation with so many unknowns. We anticipate we will need to be nimble as we respond to new information that emerges in the coming months. Our goal is to facilitate maximum learning for every student, and to do this while providing the safest environment possible for our staff and students. We appreciate your grace and patience as we work toward a solution that works best for our St. Charles family.
There have been a few changes and additions to our St. Charles family. Mr. Webb will be moving into the Physical Education position and Mrs. Pasion will be moving up to teach 4th grade. We would also like to introduce you to our newest 4th grade teacher, Ariel Schantz.
Yearbooks are in and ready to be picked up! June school office hours are 9:00-3:00 Monday-Friday.
Join us virtually for our Closing All School Mass, Friday 5/22 at 8:00am. http://nationalwebcasts.com/nationalwebcasts/webcasts/stcharleslima/
Recognition and awards ceremony to follow Mass via Livestream.
Congratulations St. Charles class of 2020! Please know that we have been blessed by your time at St. Charles, by all that you have given us. We love you very much, and we will miss you, and we pray that God will continue to bless you in all that you do.
St. Charles is FULL of talent! We invite you to sit back and get ready to be ‘wowed’ by the amazing submissions we received for our virtual talent show. A big thank you to the students who helped to make this event a success.

It has been decided that due to COVID-19, the Kawasaki like Disease, and the CDC guidelines we feel it is in the best safety of the children and our staff to NOT offer our summer Extended Day program. We are still planning on having the Extended Day program during the school year, however, with the current air of uncertainty about school in the fall, that decision or what the program may look like could change. Please contact Courtney Neumeier at the Parish Office with any questions. 419-228-7635 x3007
